- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am conscientious of customers time and money. I work in a very efficient way.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to connect with my customers via email or phone to clarify what they’re looking for. Some clients are too busy for this initial step so I am also good at jumping into situations when necessary. Every client is unique so I like to get to know what their needs are. Some clients want a one time organization and for others I help them set up a system to keep areas clutter free on an ongoing basis. I assess supplies needed and offer to purchase them and have the client reimburse me or have the client purchase the items themselves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 33 years experience working with many varieties of clients. Helping people who feel overwhelmed by bringing in a sense of relief and calm as we all know organization, moving, dealing with day to day life with jobs and kids can feel like a daunting task.
