- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $75. If I am able to sell any of your items at an open buy counter on the way to donating them, I will apply half that amount as a discount on your next session. I can also host garage sale for the greater of my hourly rate or 20% of sales.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet them at their home (or other property to be decluttered), discuss their goals and how long that will take to complete, and if they choose to hire me, we schedule some 4-8 hour work sessions. We can often get started same day!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I use LEAN techniques that I learned as an electrical engineer in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
