I was suffering from depression and I'd let my house get away from me. I'm talking 2 stories of clutter, clothes, boxes, dust, trash, etc. I was too tired after coming home from work to declutter, and too overwhelmed to know where to start. Enter Erin. When I tell you this incredible lady changed my life, please believe it. I was not judged, I was not shamed. I was not ridiculed. I was supported, encouraged and reassured that it would get done. Even on days I didnt believe it. We worked together for 7 days and slowly but surely the clutter disappeared, my items were organzied, clothes hung up, floors clear, pantries and closets orderly and tidy. I could see the floor of my room for the first time in 2 years; I could see my sink counters! I am forever grateful to Erin for her assistance in helping me regain my confidence and get my house in order. I feel calm walking into my home now knowing it is uncluttered. I also feel good knowing this wonderful human being donated the clothing, food, shoes, toys, items, that I chose to get rid of to shelters, needy people, and the rest were sold and I got half the profit taken off my bill. Highly recommend!!!! p.s. I didn't take any before pictures because I was too embarrassed but this is what my room looked like after working with Erin.

I was moving from Texas to Colorado and with all of the stress that comes with, was about ready to just haul everything in my house out to the curb and set it on fire if I were allowed! Erin helped me go through everything that I was ready to part with and turned my garage into a storefront for the garage sale! It was amazing! And we had to go out of town that day but she packaged everything up that didn't sell and either took it for donation or stowed it neatly out of the way. Total lifesaver and really helped me out when I was in a bind and I am forever grateful!

I hired Erin to deal with a house I had lived in for over 30 years to empty and get ready to sell. I don't even have words for how good of a job she did. I had hired someone to do the exact same job with less of a mess this was and Erin finished it in half the time. I don't know how she did it. I don't think there is anyone out there that can accomplish what she can. I highly recommend her and would hire her again without a doubt!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $75. If I am able to sell any of your items at an open buy counter on the way to donating them, I will apply half that amount as a discount on your next session. I can also host garage sale for the greater of my hourly rate or 20% of sales.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet them at their home (or other property to be decluttered), discuss their goals and how long that will take to complete, and if they choose to hire me, we schedule some 4-8 hour work sessions. We can often get started same day!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I use LEAN techniques that I learned as an electrical engineer in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
