- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free consultations. I charge 50$/hour for my work and offer item removal services for an additional 25$ to take things out of the home for donation. If you refer someone that hires me in the future, I'll put 50$ back in your pocket!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a consultation with you in home or over the phone with photos and a conversation. Once I understand your needs and see your vision I will show up and get to work. I start with the room or space that needs the most love and work my way down the list or through the house.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of life as someone with a bit of an obsession when it comes to tidiness and functionality
