- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The listed price of $90/hour is our lead organizer rate. Each additional organizer on the job is charged at a rate of $65/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start every project with a free 15-minute phone consultation. If needed, we then conduct an in-home visit to measure and take photos of all areas that "need help". We then put together a customized design and provide the client with a suggested supply price list. Once the client has reviewed and approved (or changed) our supply list, we place the orders and schedule the project date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every organizer undergoes training based on our company handbook, which usually takes up to six weeks.
