- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a free 30 minute phone consultation. We’ll discuss any dietary restrictions as well as your favorite foods, cuisines, and flavors. From there I create a menu for you to review and amend. Clients are always welcome to share their favorite recipes or select from my extensive list of my own recipes. On the day of service I take care of grocery shopping, picking the freshest and most flavorful ingredients. And at the end you’ll have delicious food and a spotless kitchen without lifting a finger. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I recommend thinking about what foods, cuisines, and flavors you love. Is there a dish instantly transports you to your happy place? A talented personal chef will cater to your culinary wishes and needs. I always start with a free phone consultation to get to know your preferences and dietary restrictions. Menus are always custom made for each client and open to revisions. Select from my extensive list of recipes or bring your own. My highest goal is to make every meal special.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I encourage clients to think about what restaurants they love. Are there any foods that immediately bring you back to a happy time. I believe food should nourish the body just as much as it nourishes the soul.
