Maids in 60 seconds SAVED ME a few weeks back! I needed a deep clean before someone moved into my townhome at the last minute(with a few hours notice to be exact). One of their employees responded in less than 30 minutes telling me he would be able to do the job no problem! When i met him he was alone (originally he was suppose to have someone with him) he told me that she had another job commitment but that he was going to take care of it like he promised. I was a little skeptical bc no way it was a huge townhome. However when i came back 2.5 hrs later my ENTIRE townhome was immaculate! He was so professional, wore a mask, did everything he promised his team would do by himself, and was SO RESPECTFUL!! The customer service and character this man provided was phenomenal! I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOREVER!!!

I was moving out of my apartment and underestimated how long everything would take. I had one day left before I needed to turn in the keys and hadn't even started cleaning. I went through the Thumbtack app and was able to speak with Maidsin60seconds. They totally went above and beyond in every way. Not only did they set up my account while we were on the phone, in the middle of the night, but they also booked someone for the next morning. She arrived on time and did a fabulous job. She also pitched in by moving items I had missed--things in drawers, closets, and shelves. I honestly believe I would not have met the deadline without her. Their office also called to make sure I was happy with the move-out cleaning. I can honestly say they blew me away with their positive attitudes and customer service. Thanks!
