Bailey notarized closing documents for me and my husband at our home. She arrived on time and was very responsive in coordinating our signing appointment. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For general, in-person notarizations, I follow the state’s mandated rates and charge $0.80/mile for travel. I am also commissioned to perform online, remote notarizations. Message me for details about loan signing fees!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep things simple and straightforward. We can have a chat and sort out all of the details together.
