- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All hourly rates include the number of movers/trucks listed, trucks arrive with premium quilted moving pads/shrink wrap to protect items, furniture disassembly/assembly, equipment and dollies to maximize efficiency. Please make sure to mention any specialty items during your initial call so we can ensure we send the right equipment for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a 5 to 10 minute client phone consultation to get the specific details of their project down and make recommendations on truck size and team needed. For packing service or projects with special details we are happy to provide an onsite estimate. After you evaluate our estimate and we work with you to create a custom moving plan to suit your needs, all it takes is a phone call and your contact details to secure your appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
High School Diploma or GED is a prerequisite for employment, as well as background screening. Once we hire a new member to our team we have them do onsite training for packing and moving before we have them in the field.
