- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly for local moves and give flat rate pricing for interstate jobs over 200 miles. This hourly rate includes: * Mileage * Gas (no fuel surcharge) * Moving blankets * All your furniture wrapped in moving pads * Furniture disassembling and reassembling at no charge (if necessary) * Dollies * Basic insurance * No extra charge for stairs * No extra charge for extra pick-ups/ drop offs * Taxes are already included There is a 2 hour + travel time minimum charge. This charge is taken in 15-minute increment PLEASE NOTE: "Travel Time" is the travel time from our parking location to your pickup address and the travel from your delivery address back to our location. **If payment is made in cash, we offer 5% off
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our booking process is really easy. The only thing our clients have to do is give us a call or message us via Thumbtack, Yelp, online chat or email us. We will take care of you from there. We may even have an availability for last minute moves. Give us a call to start your moving process now.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train our employees how to properly wrap furniture, disassemble and reassemble, properly carry and lift heavy and bulky items, teach them how to pack and unpack boxes.
