Second time I’m using mambo Packers. They are simply the best out there if you’re looking for a good deal and good people. They don’t send random people like other services and it’s always the same people who show up because they’re a small business and they really take their work very seriously. Ernest is a man of his word. No extra hidden charges. I even forgot a small box in his truck and he actually drove back to drop it off.

Ernest's team, Abraham and Mansoor (I'm not sure about the spelling) is so hardworking! They wrapped everything in shrink-wrap with care and were mindful about treating everything with care. Ernst was extremely responsive and punctual. The pricing was extremely reasonable, also. Very thankful for them.

So I had asked several times to clarify about the packing service and the cost of the moving and sent messages stating we had moved most of the large furniture but I hadn't been able to pack small items due to my health. I was not told they were not providing boxes but had brought my own anyway and already had some at my home. The move ended up costing almost double what I was quoted and they did not bring boxes, said I did not provide enough, and left a closet and bathroom untouched. I have just stopped by after a Dr appointment and the door to the garage was left open with the ac on the past 3 days and I in fact have 6 or 7 empty boxes just sitting there.
