- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at 1Source we work hard to provide a stress free experience using technology and plenty of communication. Every move is different and we understand that this is a life event for many and can be a challenge for most companies. After speaking or meeting with our prospective, clients, we provide a detailed quote with a pre-signed agreement outlining our services with clear upfront pricing with no hidden or extra fees. Once the client has had a chance to review, they can digitally sign and send back to us showing their acceptance. We then provide online invoicing where you can make deposits and final payments while giving them a receipt for all payments at all times.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As an entrepreneur and business man for almost 30 years, I have always been fascinated with business and it's inner workings. I discovered early on, that no matter what the business is or was, Customer Service was always at the core. The transportation and logistics business and especially the Moving industry is something that has always peaked my interest. I have met owners and movers across the states as well as the customers and listened to all of their experiences. The stage was set...with all this knowledge and a passion for doing something right, Myself and a few of my most trusted friends decided to do our very best to change the perception of a long standing industry. Equipped with the knowledge, background and determination we founded 1Source Moving in Austin, TX. Each time we receive a 5 star review or get a call from a customer thanking us or a referral from a customer, I am further reminded on why I am doing what I am doing. We have experienced fantastic steady growth and will never forget what's at the core of our commitment to our customer and that's just good ole customer service!
