Our door jammed when opening. It turns out we were missing a ball bearing. Big Tex took apart the door knob, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it all in under an hour. They saved me from replacing the lock system on three of my doors. Very satisfied.

These guys were so easy to work with! Not only did I get my broken doorknob replaced, but the gentleman kindly reset the lock and made copies of new keys for us. Highly recommend 👌
