- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We lead our company with relationship-focused service rather than a cold transactional experience. The experience, safety, and delight of the customer will always be the #1 priority. We’ve left plenty of money on the table with our out of pocket special accommodations to make a guest happy long term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been commercially trained & professionally licensed as chauffeur drivers. With over 15,000+ trips combined from our staff we know our way behind a steering wheel.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We started as elite class drivers on Lyft & created our own company once we’ve studied the business model and got approved for all the relevant licensing.
