After my son Stephen graduated from college in 2020, right in the heart of COVID, his job opportunities were very slim in his fields, and his confidence and ambition began to plummet. Amazing coach! I spent some time looking for a coach I could relate with and connect to, and I found coach Eric at the perfect time. I was drawn to Coach Ferguson from the very beginning and I know that I have grown in a multitude of ways as a result of our sessions together. He continually supported and uplifted me to look at my life from different angles and attain my goals though his probing questions and providing accountability. I always felt heard as I came out of each session feeling renewed and inspired.
