- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lyons Legacy has a 2 Hour minimum booking charge. This is in order to protect the time of our employees. If a booking is canceled with less than 24 hours in advance notice booking charge may not be refunded. Any appointment that is booked without establishing a work agreement will not be set in stone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish project direction through a detailed dicussion and gather info to provide a work agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive experience in project management, fencing, painting, electrical, drywall, doors, appliance installation, flooring, basic plumbing, remodels etc.
