- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thrive provides on site quotes once the sprinkler system has been assessed. It is always our goal to provide a flat rate quote to allow the customer to know their pricing before we begin the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thrive has two ways of assessing an irrigation system. Our first goal is to confirm the system is fully functional. Secondly, we are able to provide an audit of the system to assess for efficiency. We always allow the customer to decide what is most import to them during the initial assessment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thrive consist of over 50 years of knowledge throughout our team of licensed irrigators. Thrive specializes in the design, installation, and repairs to lawn sprinkler systems.
