Need someone to come check out our system to adjust heads and get everything working like new. Shaun came out quickly and they scheduled the work a few days after.. he was friendly, great communicating arrival times, and answering questions.

Two bad summers led to a terrible yard and then a pool build tore up the irrigation system. Thrive took care of repairing the network, the sprinkler heads and returned several times to check and ensure everything was in tip top shape. Shawn even repaired a hub that had been destroyed by another landscaper! Awesome service- and thats probably the hardest thing to come by these days.

Shaun and his crew provided really quick and good service in the installation of four new sprinkler heads between the front and back yard. Following a visit to do some adjustments on a few of the existing sprinkler heads. Shaun provided a suggestion to get better coverage along areas in the front and back yard that would help with areas that were not getting enough water. This is the third time Ive reached out to Thrive Outdoor Solutions of Austin and they have continued to provide good service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thrive provides on site quotes once the sprinkler system has been assessed. It is always our goal to provide a flat rate quote to allow the customer to know their pricing before we begin the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Thrive has two ways of assessing an irrigation system. Our first goal is to confirm the system is fully functional. Secondly, we are able to provide an audit of the system to assess for efficiency. We always allow the customer to decide what is most import to them during the initial assessment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thrive consist of over 50 years of knowledge throughout our team of licensed irrigators. Thrive specializes in the design, installation, and repairs to lawn sprinkler systems.
