- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the project you have for us which is all based on set rates for each type of work/services we provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with a phone call to introduce ourselves and tell you a bit about our family owned and operated business. Once you feel like we are a good fit for the job, we will schedule a site visit to see the project and to answer any questions you may have. We will provide an estimate for you within 24hrs of the site visit for you to consider. Once approved, we will on-board you and assign a project manager for large projects and schedule a crew for smaller projects.
