Looking for a painter you can trust? Then put your painting project in the hands of PaintPro! We are a local, professional and experienced painting company and we take our work seriously. We do what we say and we deliver the high-quality paint job that expect. PaintPro is a locally owned and operated. We will personally give the estimate on the first day of meeting, we will supervise the project from start to finish, and handle all details of the project to ensure your complete satisfaction. Above all, we are committed to taking care of our customers. Insurance & Warranty: We maintain a $1,000,000 general liability insurance policy and all of our work is covered by a 5-year Limited Warranty. We stand by our work, and will come out to fix up any problem areas that you may find. Our Promises: Communication We promise to maintain thorough communication throughout your painting process. This includes everything from scheduling your estimate, to choosing your colors and setting up your start date, to keeping you updated prior to and throughout the job. Quality prep work and materials We promise to keep quality our focus. A detailed written agreement will outline the quality of products and prep work that will be included on the painting of your home. We promise to honor those agreements, to fulfill on all of the prep work, and to use the quality materials that you choose. We stand by our work! Cleanliness We promise to keep the job site clean. This includes using drop cloths and plastic around the home, masking off the home properly, and cleaning up at the end of the day. A final clean up will be performed before the completion of the job. Satisfaction We promise to leave you satisfied at the end of the job. A final walk around will be done prior to collecting a final payment to ensure your satisfaction with the work done on your home. Our Process: 1. Free Estimate: We will come to your home or business and provide you with a free written estimate. Estimates are 60-90 minutes and we only need you for the first 15 minutes and the last 15-30 minutes of the estimate. For the first 15 minutes, we want to sit down with you and get to know what you're looking for, then we'll take a walk around the property together for a more detailed look at the work to be completed. We will then take 15-30 minutes to walk around the property on our own gathering measurements and taking notes before writing up your estimate in our vehicle. 2. Estimate Review: We will come back inside and sit down with you to go through the proposal and make sure we captured everything you're looking for and come up with a great solution that will work for you. Any changes to the proposal will be noted and the final proposal will be emailed to you the same day. 3. Moving Forward: If you decide to move forward we require a 50% deposit in order to schedule a start date and your free color consultation. 3. Job Staging: Leading up to the job you can expect phone calls to keep you updated on the estimated start date and any changes due to weather or unforeseen delays in our work schedule. We will also be finalizing the color selection during this time. 4. Job Start: Before starting a job we will schedule a walkthrough with the painting team to review the project and scoped and answer any questions. You are welcome to join us for this but it is not required. You will be introduced to the job foreman who is the point of contact on the job site for the duration of the job at this time or on the first day of the project. 5. Job Completion: We will talk with you daily about the progress of the job, timing of tasks to be completed and address any questions or concerns you may have. 6. Job Wrap Up: At the end of the job we'll complete a walkthrough to review the work, and address any touch ups. We would also appreciate it if you would fill out a short survey letting us know how your experience was. Your feedback is very valuable to help us improve a little each day. We had some issues that I was not fond of with our project and there was some miscommunication but ultimately, Bobby stood by his business and made me a happy customer.

From start to finish everyone at PaintPro was courteous, prompt, professional, and great at what they do. It was truly a pleasure to work with them and look forward to future painting projects.
