FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden fees. The sales consultant will walk though the estimate in detail and answer any questions you may have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Repainting is a big decision; we get that. The first contact will be some initial questions to better understand the job and setup a Free Estimate. During the estimate walkthrough, we'll do a deep-dive into exactly what you're looking for and jot down some notes. Next, we'll prepare and send the estimate for your review and approval. Once approved, we'll work with you to schedule a time to kick off the project. Many times, the same sales consultant you have been working with will be there to help kick off the project and explain any nuances to the job with the painting crews. We like to over-communicate, so we will text or call you when we are on the way. We will spend time with you to ensure you completely understand the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our sales consultants have spent many years in service and customer relations fields. While the art of estimating is critically important, the art of customer service is even more important. We like to hire nice people that understand the value of taking care of the customer.
