He is really good and articulate. He has solved our issue of switch sparking. However, please remember that it is not a fixed cost (which is mistake on my part) and it depends on the hour he spends (attached picture). For me it coated around 730$ for this.

We had Art and his assistant install recessed LEDs in our master closet. He came out on Friday afternoon for a bid and the work was completed 3 days later. He was very thorough in his approach taking the time to explain the best way to accomplish what we wanted and the final bill came in under budget b/c he was able to finish quicker than he thought. Highly recommended!
