- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At 3G our pricing is based on the time, material and expertise required for each project, ensuring you get the best value for your investment. We will offer you different options when possible based on the needs of your project. We are here to answer any and all of your questions and or concerns about foundation repair, concrete work and drainage corrections. We also offer senior citizen discounts and military discounts. Ask about our warranty on our services!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here at 3G we would start with finding out the customers concerns and reason they contacted us in the first place. From there we would conduct an initial consultation to discuss the needs and goals along with a thorough inspection of the property to assess and identify any foundation issues. The customer would receive a detailed drawing with their elevations and scope of work included with their proposal within 24 hours of the original onsite consultation. During the original consultation we can address any and all questions while giving a detailed explanation to our findings. Of course as always we are here to answer any and all questions anytime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in architecture. In 1988 I started working for a foundation co in Austin digging holes, then I became a foreman, salesman/draftsman and then jumped to Operations Vice President for another major foundation repair co. for 6 years before starting my own company in 2004. There is no formal education in this field so experience speaks for itself. Complicated jobs are my specialty.
