3 hour cleaning $165 plus tax
4 hours $220 plus tax.
We wish we had a crystal ball and could peer into the future of each home's current state, to determine the amount of time needed to achieve desired results. However, we do not. Need help figuring out how much time you need? No problem! Leave it to the experts of old dirt versus new dirt, to help you out.
(Truth!) Deep cleans/move-out are labor intensive. These need between 8-11 hours for homes ranging up to 2,500 sq foot. 10-14 man hours for homes between 2,700 -3,300 sq foot. 3,400-5,000 sq. foot 12-18 man hours, 5,100-9,000 need 17-21 man hours.
We offer all reoccurring $100 off a reset of their home and they get thank you for your business points. These point add up and can be exchanged for extra cleaning services such as oven or refrigerator cleaning. These can also be tailored to each client individual cleaning needs. Standard/Maintenance cleaning are offered at a flat .
Due to the different degrees of cleanliness of each individual, amount of time the build up has been there, and varying sq footage of each home, a one fits all flat rate is not sufficient. Therefore, listed flat rate prices are an estimate only and do not include tax. We ask to have a conversation with you, to make sure we are selling the type of cleaning you need for the current condition of your home. This allows us to gather all information needed, to give an accurate quote.

Offering weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, move in/out, and one time cleans. We specialize in DEEP CLEANS!
To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 nonrefundable fee. This fee will also be charged if we are locked out or turned away at the door. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Laundry is $7 to fold/put away. Carpet shampooing is offered at $75 small rooms, $90 med and $120 large rooms with a 2 room minimum.

Preparation Prior to Service: We kindly request that all areas scheduled for cleaning be picked up and free of personal items. This includes removing toys, clothes, and any other belongings from floors and surfaces.
Hazardous Materials: Please note that our team does not clean feces, urine, or blood, including those from pets. These materials require special handling and disposal methods that are beyond our scope of services.
