What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We follow two pricing models: pricing by number of bedrooms/bathrooms and pricing by square footage. Our prices on Thumbtack follow pricing by number of bedrooms/bathrooms by default. Sometimes these are not as accurate as a pricing by square footage, in which case you can ask us to provide you our pricing by using the square footage pricing model.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to you to understand your needs and help you choose the service that would be right for you. We provide you the quote and then we go ahead to schedule the service for a regular home cleaning. Seamless scheduling! Sometimes a consultation/walkthrough is required if there are special attention or special services needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a experienced company that have been around since 2022. Our cleaners all have at least 5 years of professional experience cleaning and great references. On average our cleaners have about 11 years experience cleaning which means the quality of each clean is high.
