We hired scubease to do a deep clean of our house that we had just bought before we moved in. There was no furniture or belongings in the house at the time of the service, so I assume that would help make cleaning easier but regardless they did a good job. There were however a few minor spots I noticed after they left that either weren’t properly cleaned or done in a rush (for ex. The stainless steel fridge and stove had streaks all over it). Those issues were minimal, but I would’ve expected them done. Overall, happy with the service and professionalism of this company. Thank you!

We were in need of a last minute deep clean of our home before posting it for sale. ScrubEase was quick to respond and get someone out next day. Luceine was our cleaner and she was not only a delight but did a fantastic job! Our house looks amazing and she accomplished more than I could have imagined. Would 10/10 hire her to come out again.

I booked for a move out clean. The crew of 2 was punctual, worked very hard to clean a house that had been lived in for 16 years, did a fantastic job, and made sure I was happy with the service. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We follow two pricing models: pricing by number of bedrooms/bathrooms and pricing by square footage. Our prices on Thumbtack follow pricing by number of bedrooms/bathrooms by default. Sometimes these are not as accurate as a pricing by square footage, in which case you can ask us to provide you our pricing by using the square footage pricing model.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We reach out to you to understand your needs and help you choose the service that would be right for you. We provide you the quote and then we go ahead to schedule the service for a regular home cleaning. Seamless scheduling! Sometimes a consultation/walkthrough is required if there are special attention or special services needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a experienced company that have been around since 2022. Our cleaners all have at least 5 years of professional experience cleaning and great references. On average our cleaners have about 11 years experience cleaning which means the quality of each clean is high.
