This company is a complete scam. The staff didn’t even bother to clean the simplest things, yet they claim that three hours isn’t enough time. They add extra services with high fees but don’t increase the time allocated for the jobs.

We appreciate your feedback. Our company always strives to do an exceptional job for our clients and do not wish to see a job incomplete or a customer dissatisfied. However, I do need clarify a few thing for those reading this review. We did not add extra time for servicing your home, but instead added extra team members to expedite the cleaning. Normally, this sized property would require 2 people to service in a 3-hour period; however, due to the extra services requested, we had scheduled a 3-hour cleaning reservation with a team of 3 people. On the day of service we even added an additional team member, bringing the total to 4 cleaners for the entire duration of your service to ensure that the job was completed more efficiently. Despite this adjustment we were still unable to complete the service within the allotted time due to the condition of the property, as seen in the pictures that you have provided. Additional time was require for us to meet our company's standards; however, you declined to allow our team to continue beyond 4:30PM. As a result, we were unable to complete the cleaning of your kitchen and the inside of those cabinets to meet our high quality standards.

Eh. Worst I’ve used. Nothing sucks more than paying $350 for a half ass clean to half to come home and finish the job yourself. When the owner asked how it was I let her know the floors still seemed dirty she was completely rude, defensive and unprofessional. Sending me screen shots of her and her employees conversation regarding the conditions of my house. She spent 3 hrs, maybe ... I warned this lady of the size of our home and she said 4 hrs of cleaning which I knew it would need that nothing less. Don’t waste your money. Coffee grounds still on the counter, cup marks, Clearly doesn’t clean behind pictures . Toilet roll left on the floor. Just sloppy.

Very dissatisfied. Signed up for a deep cleaning, but was told my house that we hadn’t moved into yet needed more of a move in clean. Move in clean didn’t include anything we specifically wanted done. Didn’t even clean our countertops. After awhile the manager came by and said anything we did want done would be an add on. House was not any cleaner that before the service and we would be better off lighting $250 on fire. See pictures attached and tell me if you would consider that house “professionally cleaned”.

We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service that you have paid for. I was very specific about what we provide in a move in clean when a houses are empty. I let you know specifically what is covered in that service and I also told you specifically what services would cost additional to the base clean . we provided you service and you found some things that you were not happy with. I sent my manager over within the hour to your home and he cleaned the countertop for you . it is our apologies that it was missed. that was the only thing that we did incorrectly with the service we provided you. the other items that you wanted to have service are additional services and unfortunately cost additional outside of the move in Cleaning, this is clearly specified to you at the time of booking. we are more than happy to clean your windows for you and to go over your baseboards washing them by hand however, again, this is an additional service that I specified to you at the time of booking. We are happy to provide you the services. feel free to please reach out to management if you wish to reschedule for these additional services at an additional cost Thank you
