- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely competitive and value driven. We are willing to work with our customers on a win/win approach to achieving peace of mind and clean and bright home every single time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers can call, text, email, or reach us through Thumbtack to set up a time for our team to come out. We are fast and highly efficient in responding to interests. On Thumbtack, when you submit your interest, we immediately call you and lock in a time/date and schedule via our calendar invite for services. Once the our team comes out, they will quickly inspect the entire home by taking "before" photos or the work, communicate directly to the customer (whether you're at home or remote). Then immediately after, they will run a second audit of the layout of the cleaned areas of the home, take "after" photos, submit them to the admin/support staff and you will receive the following: - a Thank You email/text - a link to a Google Drive with your home address including (Before & After) photos. - a digital invoice, which allows for multiple ways to pay and etc. - Thumbtack Review link
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the business world for over 15 years. This company is owned by tech exec that remembers when his first job at 8 years old was cleaning up part-time with his dad for Norfolk Southern at the local station in Irondale, AL and we have employed those who do the hard/honest work today because of our humble beginnings.
