- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are transparent in pricing.Because every space is different and requirements of each person are different. We run by time which is calculated by our state of art software. We also welcome recurring customer and thank them offering cash discount or some free services as per need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give customer Estimate ( Inperson or vedio walk through or over the phone).--customer`s choice. After accepting quote, we take only required information related to cleaning job. Upon entering details in system, we send welcome email with list of cleaning tasks. Day before we send them ETA via text. After job done, we provide final inspection to make sure job is done as per customer`s satisfaction.Once team arrive office we process payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Maid Brigade is National Franchised cleaning company operating more than 32 years. It has Vedio and practical training set up before going out to custome`r space.
