- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Inquiry: Contact us to discuss what you need! 2. Consultation: We will go over what you're looking for, preferences, and specific requests and make a note of it all. 3. Quote: Our office staff will provide you with an estimate based on the consultation. 4. Scheduling: Our team will work with you to find a time that works best for you. 5. Confirmation: You will receive text and email confirmation as well as reminders of our clean times. 6. Clean: We take care of everything from here. You can track how your clean is going directly from our client portal. 7. Post-Clean: We will follow up to ensure everything was taken care of seamlessly and that you're absolutely satisfied with our work. If not, we'll come back out and fix it!
