I hired this contractor after speaking with Mike. We agreed on the work and a price. They came out to take measurements for the quote. Initially, I felt they were kind, respectful, and knowledgeable about what I needed done. By the end of the work, I felt differently. I requested my closet renovated, 3 bedroom doors installed, and a wall mount for my TV and speaker. Unfortunately, they arrived late 3 days & had to return to the store often for additional items. Additional things were done, and I was not told the additional labor costs until after they "finished" and was ready to leave at 1:30 am on the 4th day. I was told I'd have a 1 year warranty on their work. Before leaving I told them the bedroom doors were not painted, TV wires were not hidden as quoted, the barn doors were discolored (which he said they were still drying from the paint yet they are still discolored days later), and we agreed he would come back to finish. He discounted the TV mount fee by $20 and by $15 for replacing smoke detectors. At 1:30 am I was beyond tired and frustrated with how much longer this project was taking. So much more I could say yet I won't make this any longer. The next day I contacted Mike via voice text to explain ALL the issues I was having and sent pics. Two days later and STILL no response as to when they will come back to honor the contract to finish/fix the problem areas. I believe he has chosen to ghost me. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company to friends/family as I now question the professionalism and integrity.
