- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in honest and up front pricing with NO SURPRISES. We have a minimum charge of $250.00. Pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before starting if we feel it will exceed $250.00. Any materials not supplied by customer will be charged at cost plus 5%. Payment due upon receipt of invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try our best to get a clear idea of what the customer is wanting, make suggestions if warranted, and then get to work.
