I hired Perez to replace a dishwasher and ceiling fan and they did a flawless job. They regained my trust when a previous contractor left my dishwasher full of moldy water and the ceiling fan abandoned for over a month and then he went missing. So many terrible experiences with contractors so I’m happy to have found Perez contractors. They are prompt, responsive and organized. The service went smoothly. I highly recommend them for your handyman needs.
