He came prepared with the right tools and took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I understood the actions he needed to take. When he discovered that the faucet had rotted and needed to be cut out, he thoroughly explained the risks and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. Once the job was completed, Olecks went above and beyond to ensure there was no leakage and that the faucet worked perfectly before leaving. What impressed me even more was his quick turnaround—after reaching out around noon today (12/07), my faucet was replaced the very same day! Olecks is absolutely deserving of a 10/10 review.
