If you’re looking for a reliable handyman, look no further than Olecks! From my initial inquiry to the completion of the job, he was incredibly knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. He came prepared with the right tools and took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I understood the actions he needed to take. When he discovered that the faucet had rotted and needed to be cut out, he thoroughly explained the risks and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. Once the job was completed, Olecks went above and beyond to ensure there was no leakage and that the faucet worked perfectly before leaving. Oleksandr did an excellent job replacing my shower faucet cartridge, tub drain ring, and water flow stopper. The old, rusty parts made the job tougher, but he handled it with skill and left the area spotless. He was also resourceful, finding cost-effective solutions when my original tub drain kit didn’t fit, testing an extension, and returning unnecessary parts. Oleksandr was very responsive, punctual and professional. He did the difficult job of running a conduit to have fiber installed through the attic in a super cramped crawl space. Would have him do any other handyman jobs in the future.
