Mr. Fixer - A Costly Disappointment
I recently hired Mr. Fixer to install two simple, non-powered bidet attachments I purchased on Amazon. Expecting a quick and efficient job from a professional, I was sorely mistaken.
The technician took almost a full hour(approx 45 minutes) to install each bidet attachment. As someone with no professional experience, I’ve installed similar products in the past and completed the task in less than 30 minutes per unit.
I was hoping a professional would be quicker and more efficient than me, but that was clearly not the case.
This experience has been a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise against using Mr. Fixer for any home repairs. There are undoubtedly more competent and affordable handyman services available.
Avoid Mr. Fixer at all costs.

It seems there may be some misunderstandings regarding the work completed. Our handyman installed two bidet attachments and replaced two toilet lids, which totaled 1.5 hours of labor. The claim that it took nearly an hour to install each bidet is not accurate. Our technician worked efficiently to complete both tasks within the given timeframe.
To address your concerns, we already refunded you $40, which is the cost of 30 minutes of labor. We did this in good faith to ensure your satisfaction, despite the work being completed within the estimated time.
We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, professional service, and it’s unfortunate that this experience did not meet your expectations. However, the information provided in your review does not accurately reflect the service we provided. We consider this to be defamatory and would appreciate it if you could reconsider the content of your review.

Rashad did a great job on all the tasks we had for him. He focuses on making sure things are both safe and functional. With kids that’s a priority for us, so it’s a huge plus for us. Also he is willing to do what’s necessary to get the job done, even if it means working longer or changing tactics
