- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The minimum commitment for new clients is 2 hours. For locations over 20 miles from Austin, there’s an additional $100 travel fee to cover transportation and parking. Please note that Thumbtack also charges a fee when you contact me. El compromiso mínimo para nuevos clientes es de 2 horas. Para ubicaciones a más de 20 millas de Austin, hay un cargo adicional de $100 por concepto de viaje para cubrir transporte y estacionamiento. Ten en cuenta que Thumbtack también cobra una tarifa cuando te pones en contacto conmigo.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to know and understand all the details related to the project to improve time and resources, after been clear about the contract, the new client can proceed to book the best day and time to execute the job in the application. Primero, me gusta conocer y comprender todos los detalles relacionados con el proyecto para mejorar el tiempo y los recursos, luego de tener claro el contrato, el nuevo cliente puede proceder a reservar el mejor día y hora para ejecutar el trabajo en la aplicación.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grow up in a carpentry, I'm a third generation carpenter and designer, I have more than 20 years doing all kinds of jobs in the Art's world. Crecí en una carpintería, soy carpintero de tercera generación, tengo más de 20 años haciendo todo tipo de trabajos en el mundo del Arte.
