- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Jobs are priced per hour normally if they are Handyman related. Bigger jobs are by bid and sometimes include materials. We are flexible and able to work with a budget if there is a special need. If you were in the military or a senior citizen please let us know.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review any needs and wants related to the work to be done. Typically a time to check out major renovations and additions is set. We make sure we are on the same page about where an item needs to go or the final vision of a project. We will figure out what you want and then give you a professional bid written up to breakdown everything involved.
