The initial contract and schedule were carefully planned to ensure the best experience for you and your bridesmaids. However, due to a requested start time change to 3 am, which posed safety concerns for our beauty team with the additional two-hour travel distance, we found ourselves in a challenging position. To address this issue, we proposed adjustments to the contract to accommodate the changes, but we understand that any modifications can be unsettling. Unfortunately, as the safety of our team is a top priority and the changes were necessary, we had to make the difficult decision to cancel the contract. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and understand the importance of a stress-free wedding day. Regarding the deposit, we want to clarify that as stated in our contract, it is non-refundable, and this policy is in place to cover the costs associated with our time and preparation. We genuinely tried to work within the agreed terms while prioritizing safety, and we regret any frustration this situation may have caused.
