10/10 recommend using V&E Services. We received a few quotes from some of the larger solar companies in Austin. They sent out salesmen who didn't look at our existing panel for more than 5 seconds and just focused on the amount of panels and financing. V&E sent out a Master electrician that walked us through our panel and existing wiring, showed us what was out of code, and went over all of the recommended materials, warranties, design, etc. For the same exact system, materials and inverter, V&E's quote was $10k less than one of the companies, and $6.5k less than the second. We're extremely happy with the quality of V&E's work. The installation was perfect and we haven't had any issues along the way.
