I recently had the pleasure of working with The United Renovations for a major renovation project in our home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. Their commitment to quality work and professionalism was evident from start to finish. First and foremost, the quality of their craftsmanship is truly impressive. They are very detail-oriented, and it’s clear that they take pride in their work. They helped replace all of our flooring, rebuilt our kitchen, updated a bathroom, and painted our entire house. The work they did gave our home a fresh look that we absolutely love. The professionalism displayed by the entire team was another standout aspect of the experience. They were not only responsive and respectful but also approachable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to understand our needs and kept us informed at every step, addressing any questions or concerns we had along the way. Timeliness is often a concern with renovations, but The United Renovations exceeded our expectations. They completed the project on schedule, which was a relief given the scale of the work involved. We hired TUR to do some remodeling of our upstairs area to create a master suite. This involved converting existing attic space into a bathroom and closet. Erwin and Bibian (brothers) were wonderful to work with. When they came out to bid the project, I had only a loose idea of what I wanted, and they talked through options with me of how we could achieve it, and what difficulties we might face. We were on a strict timeline (due to my wife's due date arriving), and they worked extra hard to make sure we met the deadline. I would recommend TUR for any of your remodeling projects for the following reasons: 1) There's two of them, and they think about things differently, which allows them to bounce ideas off of each other and arrive at a better decision point for how to approach a particular issue. 2) They were personally involved in the project. While they did hire other subcontractors, they personally performed much of the work, and when they did hire someone else, they personally oversaw that project to ensure a quality job was done before presenting the work to us. They performed walk-throughs with us as often as appropriate -- daily when necessary, and did so around our work schedules. 3) They were very reasonably priced. No construction project is ever perfect, but what's most important is that you can trust the pros you hire to do solid, high-quality work and work with you to develop good solutions when unexpected difficulties arise. I had a great experience with Erwin and Bibian, and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for future work.

Bibian and Erwin helped us with a large renovation project and were hands down the best general contractor / trades people we’ve ever worked with. They were transparent, efficient, and easy to communicate with. My husband and I have actually gone out of our way to think about projects we’d like to have done because we feel so confident in their ability to add value to our home. They have a keen design aesthetic and are very knowledgeable and thorough from start to finish of a project. Plus they are simply personable and a joy to work with!

I have heard so many stories from friends and family of home reno or building projects taking twice as long and costing twice as much as originally expected I was starting to assume this was the norm in the industry these days. Going into our project, my husband and I accounted for what we expected to be substantial delays and our experience with the TUR team was the complete opposite. Erwin, Bibian, and their team of kind, honest, considerate contractors were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were transparent with us, worked hard to stay on schedule and helped guide us to build an addition that has exceeded our expectations. Without prior home renovation experience, we were flying a little blind as with regard to how the whole process works, permitting processes, where & how various items are sourced, etc., and we really felt like we could trust the TUR team to help us through the learning process. The quality of their work is excellent, their responsiveness and support in troubleshooting throughout the process was unmatched, and above all else, these are kind, honest people working hard to deliver an exceptional quality of work for their clients. Can not recommend the TUR team highly enough!

Would click all 5 above if I could! I can't say enough GREAT things about Erwin and his team at TUR. Our new addition and renovation to our home is absolutely spectacular, and we're thrilled to be back in raising our family and enjoying TUR's work. TUR did everything right - incredibly talented team with an eye to detail, budget-focused and very punctual. My family looked forward to seeing the TUR team every time we came by the house as they are all so lovely they became a part of our family. Have referred the TUR team to a number of friends exploring similar projects and will continue to do so. I love these guys.
