- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take 50% advance for the Labor portion of the work. Balance payment is due upon completion. For the material, the customer buys over the phone and we pickup from the store. One complimentary pickup is provided for materials which can fit in one truck load. Alternatively the customer can arrange the material and bring to the work site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We come for initial consultation to understand client requirements. 2) Estimate is provided to the customer which includes cost and timeline. 3) Once customer approves the estimate and deposit is paid, then team is reserved and project dates are provided in consultation with customer. 4) Project is started on the confirmed project dates. 4) Balance payment charges are due immediately upon work completion.
