We love our new patio extension. Rays and his guys are excellent to work with. Theywe’re also very conscious about our budget and did excellent job with within our budget. Surprisingy they are the first contracting company who did not take any advance on the labor work and used to charge the materils as and when they bought it and presented the materials reciept same day. Only upon succeesful completion of work to my satisfaction, they took the 100% payment. They are not like other companies who will take 50% advance and then you need to chase them to come everyday and complete the work. This company is truly professional company and it is going forward my go to company for my future remodelling needs. I have also referred them to my neighbors.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take Zero advance for the Labor portion of the work. 100% labor charges are due upon completion. For the material, the customer buys over the phone and we pickup from the store. Or Customer can arrange the material and bring to the work site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1)We come for initial consultation to understand client requirements. 2) Estimate is provided to customer which includes cost and timeline. 3) Once customer approves the estimate, then work is started. 4) 100% labor charges are due upon work completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a company of professionals belonging to various trades under one umbrella so all your home improvement needs can be address under one umbrella.
