- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take Zero advance for the Labor portion of the work. 100% labor charges are due upon completion. For the material, the customer buys over the phone and we pickup from the store. Or Customer can arrange the material and bring to the work site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1)We come for initial consultation to understand client requirements. 2) Estimate is provided to customer which includes cost and timeline. 3) Once customer approves the estimate, then work is started. 4) 100% labor charges are due upon work completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
