Excellent work with several paint/patch jobs around the house for a great price. Our bedroom ceiling had many settling cracks that he retextured and painted. Our stairs were loaded with cracks and chips and he had them looking like new. Finally some damage to a bathroom ceiling was repaired and it's like the damage never occurred. Will be my first call for painting jobs going forward.

It is so hard to find a contractor who will give you a great price, show up on time, complete the job better than expected and keep a great attitude and friendliness throughout. Malen did all of this at the highest level. Price was super competitive. He showed up exactly the time he said he would, he patched and painted a bedroom and bathroom for me and cleaned up his mess ( which was the true tell sign he would be at the top of my list going forward.) You will not go wrong hiring Malen. Trust me!
