- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is designed to be transparent and fair, ensuring you understand the costs involved from the outset. For onsite estimates, there is a nominal $150(subject to change) travel fee, which covers our time and travel expenses. However, this fee is typically waived if we are selected for your project. Our goal is to provide you with exceptional service at a competitive price point, ensuring transparency and flexibility throughout the entire process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: We start with an initial consultation where we discuss your project goals, budget, timeline, and any specific requirements. This meeting helps us understand your vision and expectations. Detailed Proposal: Based on our initial discussion, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated costs, and timeline. We ensure all aspects of the project are clearly defined and agreed upon. Planning and Design: Once the proposal is approved, we move into the planning and design phase. We collaborate with you to finalize designs, select materials, and develop a comprehensive project plan. Project Execution: Our team begins the execution phase, adhering to the established timeline and maintaining open communication. We provide regular updates and are always available to address any questions or concerns. Quality Control: Throughout the project, we perform quality checks to ensure the work meets our high standards. Any issues are promptly addressed to ensure everything is done right the first time. Final Walkthrough: Upon project completion, we conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything meets your satisfaction. We address any final touches and ensure you are completely happy with the results. Follow-Up: After the project is completed, we follow up to ensure everything continues to meet your expectations and address any potential issues that may arise. Our commitment to your satisfaction doesn’t end when the project does.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My journey in the construction industry began with hands-on experience at a young age, working with my brothers during the summers. This practical experience was complemented by formal training in various trades. After finishing school, I undertook an apprenticeship with a master electrician, where I gained in-depth knowledge and skills in electrical work. This comprehensive training provided a strong foundation in safety, technical expertise, and project management.
