- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All jobs are bid based on Labor and Construction Materials. Client is responsible for cost associated with Appliances, Lighting, Faucets, Tubs, Tile, Vanity and Fixtures. Our Customers have come to expect a high level of Quality and assurance that the job gets done right the first time and to their satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am the Business owner and insist on working directly with all my customers. All estimates are done in-person and are thoroughly explained to the customer before we agree to proceed with work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, personally, have over 15 years experience in providing the Highest Quality Construction and Remodeling Services. My team consists of multiple types of seasoned tradesmen specializing in Plumbing, Electrical, Drywall, Flooring and much more. I take pride in the work that me and my team provide and insist on overseeing and working side-by-side with my team.
