Reached out to Hugo for a plumbing issue and to help build a fence. Not only was he responsive but he took initiative day one in recommending a plan of action and prepared himself accordingly to the job. I appreciated the time he took to maintain tidiness and ability to keep himself organized throughout the job so he could stay both diligent and efficient in getting both jobs done in a timely manor. When Hugo said he was going to be there….he was there. No problems, 10/10 will call him again.
