I contacted Precision Garage Door of Austin because my door would not close. I live in the Oak HIll area and they gave me a window from 1PM - 3PM to have it fixed. I was contacted around 12:35 to say that the technician was on his way. I was impressed that I didn't have to wait beyond the time specified. I met Danny and he explained to me all the options I had for repair. He was very thorough and professional. He also helped me set up the App on my phone so that I could use this remotely. I would recommend this company for anyone having issues.
