Eli provided excellent service! My gas fireplace had been having issues for quite some time, and he quickly assessed the problem. He was upfront about the best way to handle it and honest about the limitations of a temporary fix. I really appreciated that he wasn’t pushy at all. When the time comes to replace the entire unit, I’ll definitely be reaching out to Eli to take care of it.
