If you are having an electrical emergency, we recommend starting with your power company to see if the issue is on the utility side. If you are having an after-hours electrical emergency, please call and we will try to get back as soon as possible. We are a licensed and insured Texas Electrical Contractor. All of our electricians are licensed Journeyman through the Texas Department of Licensing. Our electricians do not work based on commission and will not upsell unnecessary products. Our mission is to deliver outstanding results for our customers by facilitating trust, seizing opportunity, and constantly improving. We are a local Austin-based Electrical contracting company serving the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. We had been without our dishwasher for over a year. One day, it just showed no power. We had a storm one night, and the power came on in the dishwasher. It did that a couple more times after storms. I began to be concerned that this on-and-off thing might cause a fire. Although, the dishwasher was off all the time by then. The Terrapin employee, explained the problem, and made the repair to the dishwasher wiring problem very quickly. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. My only regret is that I hadn't called Terrapin Electric earlier.

Efren and his partner provided a quick accurate evaluation of what we needed. They adjusted their schedule for us and returned at the agreed time and completed the installation of power outlets to to 3 new stable door openers. Their work only took 1.5 hours and it is a very professional installation. The charges were very reasonable. This is the second time we've used Terrapin Electric and we will be using them in the future. Very highly recommended!

Bryce with Terrapin Electric was great. I had a long list of possible fixes based on my home inspection report prior to buying. He offered only services I really needed, gave some good advice, and offered fair prices, especially with coming out for a free quote.
