Very impressed with Copperhead Electric, they were quick to respond to our urgent A/C issue, scheduling a technician to come out the same day. The technician, Eduardo was professional, and knowledgeable, and making it easy to understand when not having the a/c in front of him. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly, minimizing downtime for our business with the two scheduled visits.

My normal electrician company isn't around any more so this was my first time working with Copperhead. My project was scheduled the next day and the technician Gerry arrived promptly, with texts along the way. My project was replacing a GFI outlet, which I have done before, but this outlet has the older, frayed wires so my first attempt failed. I wasn't sure if it was my mistake or a true grounding issue, so I hired them. Gerry cautioned what the charge would be, and that I could likely fix it myself. I went ahead with the fix anyway, he fixed it in about 15 mins, and didn't make me feel like a fool by saying, "Yeah those stranded wires can be a little tricky". It was a nice personal touch on top of a professional job.

I met with Eduardo and he was able determine the root of my wiring problem right away. He was courteous and helpful, and open to my questions. We agreed on a fix, and I ran to the store for some parts, and he had me fixed up in no time. He also recommended a couple of great changes to my wiring plan to make things safer and more efficient. Excellent service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was just a small work, outlet needs to be closed. Eduardo is really great and friendly. Highly recommend Copperhead electrical. But thumbtack charged them $167 to give my lead to them so Copperhead had to charge me $200 just to make money. Thumbtack is killing the businesses and users by charging this kind of money for leads.
