- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want my customers to know that I'm fair and transparent. I take time with each client and study their needs before taking the best approach to get them exactly what they need at a low cost. My prices are meant to be realistic and certain discounts or fees may apply where applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love getting to know my customers! I make time for each individual so I can really understand their needs. I always prefer to meet face to face than over the phone. I come with an open mind and ready to be of service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in this field for many years. Working at a few different companies, I learned that I needed to start Lady Bird Home Specialist to offer a more personalized service to my clients.
