FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can be flexible depending on the issues disputed, contested vs. uncontested), and individual client's financial situation. I accept credit cards, pay pal, cash and/or installment plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have them bring (or send via fax or email) an information sheet before I sit down or talk to the new client. If it looks like I'g going to be hired, I then the new send over a contract. I always like to meet with the new clients before I meet as it's important to have face to face time to figure the issues in the case and to figure out if we're a good fit.
