- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing year-round and you will always get our best offer. We offer military and senior citizen discounts on all services and estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our team members will gather contact information and go over a few questions to get a better understanding of what services you are looking for and set a date and time that best works for your schedule. Should our services fit your needs then we will schedule a technician or Comfort Specialist to come out and address any and all of your questions and concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Here at Strategic Air Services, we believe training and furthering education is key to having a successful, qualified, professional service company. Our service technicians, comfort specialists, and installation technicians all go through training and continuing education courses to stay up to date with all new brands and products we service and sell, the HVAC industry and new products are constantly evolving, and we stay as up to date as possible to better provide our customers with professionalism and integrity.
