- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each customer is different so there isn't a standard pricing system. I do offer a 10% discount to all first time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer has different preferences. Once we establish a custom menu and serving options we can then give an exact price. If the client has a budget we can work together to keep it within range.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Born into a family of restauranteurs Chef and owner Alana Puentes started training in Italian and Cuban cuisine at a very young age. After working under many amazing chefs specializing in Asian cuisine she used her worldly cuisine to start her own high end catering company.
